The route driver will deliver drinks, snacks, coffee and food to a variety of locations daily ensuring product is available for purchase. The driver is also responsible for keeping the areas of the machines clean and orderly. The driver will be responsible for inventory on the truck, loading and unloading the truck, all paperwork and cash pick ups.
We are looking for energetic person who likes to rise early in the morning and be finished with the route by 1-2 pm. In this role you will be the face of the company. We are looking for someone who truly likes people. You may have to talk to a customer or stop what you are doing for them to get a snack/drink. You will build and maintain relationships with our existing and new customers. You will report back to the office any competitive activities that you may see. You will need to be able to work inside and out in the weather at times. You will need to have general computer knowledge, strong written and communication skills along with being goal oriented with a good work ethic. The most important thing that you will do daily is communicate with our customers giving them a sense that you, their assigned driver, sincerely cares about their needs as a company.
Vending and Route Driver experience would be a definite plus. A “positive can do” attitude is also very much desired. We expect that you keep your uniform shirts neat, have and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Listen to the customers and report back to us what they may be missing to make sure they are totally satisfied with our company services.
We do pre-hire background checks, driving records, mandatory pre-employment drug screening and contacting your most recent employers.
