DOO you have what it takes?
What you’ll be working on:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Provide accurate and detailed quotations are prepared for merchants or users based on their requested services or product offerings.
Assist users with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting payment issues.
Educate users on payment services, mobile apps, and user dashboard.
Handle and resolve user complaints, disputes, and chargeback requests.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT) to resolve escalated issues.
Maintain accurate records of user interactions and generate service reports.
Compile user feedback to the product team to improve user experience.
Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and financial regulations when user onboarding.
Ensure the accuracy of transaction details for user pay-ins and finance team payouts.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in customer service, call centers, or fintech/banking. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Mandarin (based on business needs).
Familiarity with digital payments, mobile wallets, blockchain payment or online banking services is preferable.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and with empathy.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with CRM software, chatbots, and payment processing systems.
