Job DescriptionA basic understanding of computer skills, Microsoft excel, word as well as 10 key. Performing a variety of routine office/clerical duties. You will be accountable for collecting timekeeping information, incorporating necessary deductions within the payroll system, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a must in this roll. Prompt and responsible completion of tasks, accuracy, attention to detail ,and following instructions is key. The typical work week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or as discussed with your supervisor, but you must be able to work overtime and holidays as needed. We are looking for someone with prompt arrival time as well as regular attendance at work. The ability to be pleasant and cooperative with co-workers is also key in this roll.
Humphrey & Associates requires that all applicants have a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, or G.E.D. and be able to pass a 90 day drug screen.
