Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll & Admin Officer based in Curepipe. The Payroll & Admin Officer will manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with payroll taxes, and oversee all payroll-related services. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate payroll records, preparing employee payment schedules, calculating tax deductions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Payroll & Admin Officer will handle employee inquiries related to payroll and collaborate with the finance team on reporting and reconciliation.

Level: Mid to Senior

Education: Diploma/Degree Holder

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years Experience with Payroll Administration, including processing employee payments and maintaining payroll records
  • Proficiency in managing Payroll Services and ensuring compliance with Payroll Taxes
  • Strong background in Finance, including financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to address employee inquiries and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in payroll-related software is advantageous
  • Previous experience in payroll services or financial administration is a plus

Salary – Mur 30,000
