Wanted: Payroll Admin for a SaaS company in Petah Tikva. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.
The chosen candidate will join a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s operational excellence. This position offers the chance to manage complex payroll lifecycles using cutting-edge HRIS tools, ensuring that the backbone of the organization—its people—is supported by precise and professional financial execution.
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage and optimize advanced attendance and HRIS platforms (Maccano & Hibob), ensuring seamless data synchronization and compliance with evolving labor regulations.
● Lead the end-to-end administrative lifecycle for employees, from sophisticated onboarding procedures to managing termination documentation and 161 forms. ● Oversee the integration of employee benefits, payroll deductions, and pension schemes, maintaining professional correspondence with external insurance agents and vendors.
● Support the Payroll Controller in the execution of monthly payroll cycles, ensuring 100% accuracy and providing data-driven insights to the finance department.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
● 2–3 years of professional experience in administration, finance operations, or payroll, ideally within a global tech environment.
● High technical proficiency and a "systems-first" mindset, with the ability to quickly master new software and automated workflows.
● Professional-level English (written and verbal) to support communication in a global SaaS setting.
● Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, multitasking environment.
