Through company expansion I am recruiting for an experience Payroll Administrator experienced with both Ireland and UK end to end payroll administration.

Payroll Administrator
Location: Dublin – Hybrid / Remote Working
Salary Approx. €40,000 + Benefits
Key responsibilities
Payroll processing
- Data collation: Gather timesheets, attendance records, and commission or bonus details.
- Calculation processing: Calculate gross wages, overtime, pay raises, and shift allowances.
- System input: Enter starter/leaver details, bank modifications, and employee data into payroll software.
- Payment initiation: Execute weekly or monthly electronic BACS transfers and issue payslips.
- Account reconciliation: Reconcile monthly payroll data against financial records to ensure zero discrepancies.
Compliance and reporting
- Statutory deductions: Calculate and deduct income tax, National Insurance, and court orders.
- Absence management: Manually adjust and record statutory sick pay (SSP) and statutory maternity/paternity pay (SMP).
- Pension administration: Manage workplace auto-enrolment and process pension scheme contributions.
- HMRC reporting: Submit Real Time Information (RTI) updates and generate year-end documentation like P45s and P60s.

Key experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience operating in a busy payroll function.
- Experience with both Irish & UK Payroll administration
- End to End Payroll experience
- Experience with BrightPay beneficial
