About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations for Singapore and Malaysia. This is a great opportunity to build a regional payroll career in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verify timesheets, overtime, claims, and payroll changes.
  • Handle new hires, resignations, and final salary payments.
  • Support statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, IR21, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of payroll or HR administration experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Singapore payroll exposure is an advantage (training provided).
  • Good Excel skills, attention to detail, and strong communication.
