Payroll/HR Admin
Key Responsibilities:
Process Weekly Payroll including Prevailing Wage
Create and send Certified Payroll Reports
Pay Weekly Payroll Taxes, File Quarterly and Annual Payroll Tax Returns
Process New Hires
HR functions related to benefits, compliance, and employee record maintenance, truck reports, CDL files, vehicle licensing.
Assist with audits and reporting related to payroll.
Must have Experience with Payroll Processing, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Must pay great attention to detail. Experience with BOLI Prevailing Wage payroll is a plus!
2 yrs Payroll Experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours:40 per week
