Payroll Specialist Jobs in Miami – Florida – USA at Insight Global
* Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing the onboarding and processing of new employees.
* Assist in sending New Hires through the background screening process
* Assist management and property managers by serving as a point of contact and providing assistance, guidance, and direction.
* Assist employees and management in understanding Company policies and responding to questions and concerns.
* Maintain current knowledge of federal and state employment laws and ensures compliance.
* Support with administrative updates and follow up with management to ensure all systems and reports are up to date.
* Assist in the Workflow process, checking requests status and pushing through in HRIS system
* Review and post approved job opportunities on the company website
* From application through hiring/termination, keep and report accurate and private information about all candidates.
* Run monthly bonus
* Partner with managers to ensure employees time sheets are correct before payroll
* The ideal candidate will be proactive,dynamic, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate Principals’ needs and provide outstanding service in a timely manner.
* Assist with the payroll process and serve as a backup for payroll.
* Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related preferred.
* 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
* Knowledge of HRIS systems including but not limited to UKG, Ulti Pro
* Knowledge of HR procedures, laws, and HRIS a plus.
* Organized, detail oriented, and punctual.
* Capacity to multitask in a deadline-driven workplace with high volume.
