Position Overview:
The People & Culture Coordinator assists with and facilitates the human capital processes for all Rockbridge entities. This role provides administrative support to the P&C function as needed including recruiting coordination, record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Coordination:
Prepare and route reporting to provide visibility to internal and external recruiting efforts.
Coordination of kick off meetings for new open roles.
Open job requisitions and post to applicable recruiting sites.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, including travel.
Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Preparing and sending communications to candidates.
Initiating background checks upon offer acceptance.
Liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Registers for College Career Fairs and maintains Handshake account.
Assists in the recruiting and onboarding efforts for Summer Interns and coordinates programming.
Onboarding Coordination:
Conducts day 1 orientation going through benefits, company information, and other pertinent information.
Develop the first week schedule with the hiring manager and support the creation of any onboarding plans.
Check in with new hires throughout the first 60 days.
HR Coordination:
Creates/updates organizational charts.
Answers employee requests and questions.
Coordinates training curriculum and documents attendance in the Learning Management System.
Assists with the preparation and tracking of the performance review and goal tracking process.
Creates quarterly metrics reports for Executive Committee.
Manages outlook schedules for and performs other clerical functions such as:
Prepares Power Point presentations.
Assists or prepares correspondence.
Creates monthly expense reports.

Job Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
Experience supporting recruitment activities is highly preferred along with coursework and/or experience in Human Resources.
Experience with HRIS software preferred.
Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and general administrative skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate effectively throughout the organization as well as with external relationships with poise and tact.
Ability to maintain composure while working in a fast-paced environment requiring constant adjustment and reprioritization.
Knowledge of or ability to learn a variety of computer software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite (particularly, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as other software applications.
Work well in teams with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a general inclination to help where needed.
Must operate with a high level of discretion and maintain confidentiality.
