We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Google Ads and paid digital campaigns to join a dynamic regional team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & other platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven strategies
• Use Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting
• Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve conversions
• Work closely with marketing & creative teams on campaign execution
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
• Strong knowledge in Google Ads (preferred over social media ads)
• Familiar with Google Analytics & GTM
• Analytical, independent, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working remotely with SG team
