Job overview
We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to support Perinatal Mental Health Team based in Ellesmere Port on a temporary 12 month contract. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work. Part of the role will be to support the reduction of DNAs across our service by proactively contacting service users to remind them of appointments and follow up where people did not attend.
We are a supportive, competent and caring team who provide an excellent service across CWP for women and families in the perinatal period.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below the Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.
Main duties of the job
This role will involve answering telephone queries, including contact with service users, carers, families and professionals, and dealing with or forwarding / redirecting telephone calls as appropriate. You will support the team with administration tasks including booking appointments, printing and filing. Part of the role will be to support the reduction of DNAs across our service by proactively contacting service users to remind them of appointments and follow up where people did not attend.
