Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support both the lead designer and project manager in a dynamic design and decoration company.
Responsibilities
Manage Quickbooks for invoicing, expenses, and financial organization.
Answer phones and respond emails professionally and promptly.
Order materials and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain project files, timelines, and client accounts organized.
Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth project execution.
Serve as a reliable point of contact between clients, vendors, and team.
Keep track of bufgets, deadlines, and design documentation.
Qualifications
Proficient in QUickbooks and general office software (excel, gmail, Google drive)
Strong communication skills ( written and verbal)
Detail-oriented iwith excellent time management skills.
Experience in the industry is a plus.
Ability to read CAD plans is a significant advantage
Bilingual ( english-spanish)
