Official Position Description:
Independently reviews & approves right-of-way use permits in District office. Operates state vehicle to travel as needed in order to inspect work of contractors & personnel performing work on state highway right-of-way, as authorized by permit, to ensure work is being performed in accordance with submitted approval plans & specifications & provide instruction as needed. Reviews permit applications & plans for proposed work within state from companies & local governmental agencies (e.g., counties, cities, villages).
