We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to support our client. The ideal candidate should have a marketing background, as she will assist in reviewing and managing marketing materials and collaterals. This role offers flexibility with a remote support setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and personal support to our client
Act as a liaison for Mandarin and English communications, including emails, meetings, and documentation
Review and proofread marketing materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in research, report preparation, and presentations
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Support in various ad-hoc tasks related to business and personal matters
Work effectively in a remote support setup, ensuring smooth communication and task management
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is a must
Background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and marketing-related tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is a plus
Comfortable using virtual communication tools for remote work
