We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support a Director for the business. With high energy, enthusiasm and ambitious, you will support the effective running the Director’s schedule.

Job Summary:

The role of the Personal Assistant (PA) is to provide assistance to the Director by supporting with a variety of responsibilities including administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations and acting as a key point of contact for the Director. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will work well under pressure whilst upholding professional standards and following processes with a right first-time ethos. A high energy person with a can do attitude.

Responsibilities:

Provide effective support to the Managing Director:

Effectively manage and coordinate the Director’s diary, ensuring productivity throughout the day

Ensure the Director’s time is effectively utilised

Taking minutes

Arranging meetings

Inbox management

Arranging travel requirements

Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director

Respond to letters, emails and other forms of communication on behalf of the Managing Director.

Answer and make calls on behalf of the Managing Director

Administrative and Document Management

Maintain and organise files, documents and records accurately

Manage expense submissions

Prepare documentation such as slide decks for meetings

IT literate including social media platforms

Uphold and Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Handle sensitive information confidentially.

Act with discretion at all times.

Support with project activities as required:

Support with project work where required

Travel to locations as required

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong IT literacy skills.

Time management skills

Can juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant

Be proactive in approach, using initiative by providing solutions

Strong communication skills

Uses a common-sense approach

Social media marketing/experience is advantageous

Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00 – £32,000 per year
