An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA looking to support a busy CEO and senior leadership team in a varied and rewarding role on a temporary to permanent basis.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-performing organisation at the forefront of innovation. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in supporting senior leaders while keeping business operations running smoothly.
Location: Luton, Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
Salary: £45,000
Contract Type: Temp to Perm, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s diary, inbox, and travel arrangements
Support the wider SLT with meetings, expenses, and scheduling
Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Provide administrative support across the business
Coordinate company events and support the planning of internal reviews and meetings
Oversee office supplies, visitor management, and day-to-day operational tasks
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience supporting at Director/CEO level
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
Confident using MS Office and managing multiple diaries/calendars
