We are seeking a highly organised and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our Owner/Managing Director in managing their multifaceted responsibilities and driving the success of our businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management: Take ownership of key projects, particularly those in the hospitality and property sectors. Utilise tools like Gantt charts and spreadsheets to plan, track, and report on progress.
Task Follow-up: Act as the note taker during meetings, capturing key actions and ensuring tasks are completed across various teams. Provide regular updates to the MD.
Technology & Data Management: Produce and maintain detailed spreadsheets, track key business metrics, and generate reports. Ensure data accuracy and present analysis to inform decision-making.
Communication: Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring smooth flow of information and aligning actions with business goals.
Contract Negotiations & Legal Coordination: Assist the MD with negotiations, reviewing contracts, and liaising with legal teams to ensure agreements align with business objectives.
Hospitality Operations Knowledge: A good understanding of the hospitality industry and its operations, from front-of-house management to back-end processes, will be an asset in anticipating challenges and providing solutions.
