We’re partnering with a fast-growing eCommerce brand to find a highly trusted Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder.
This is not your typical PA role. It’s a true right-hand position for someone who can think ahead, stay two steps in front, and operate with a high level of discretion across both business and personal matters.
If you’re someone who naturally takes ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys being across everything, this could be a great fit.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Founder across a mix of business and personal priorities( 50/50), helping bring structure, clarity and momentum to the day-to-day.
- Managing complex and ever-changing schedules
- Acting as a gatekeeper and helping prioritise time effectively
- Supporting inbox management and drafting responses where needed
- Creating daily check-ins and priority lists to keep things on track
- Coordinating meetings, travel and key business commitments
- Supporting across HR, legal and basic accounting administration
- Preparing for key events (including an upcoming trade event in August)
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the business
What We’re Looking For
This role is built on trust and discretion.
- Previous experience as a PA, EA or in a highly trusted support role
- Ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving problems independently
- High attention to detail across admin, documentation and coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to build rhythm with a Founder and manage priorities dynamically
- Guide the founders and pre-empty some of the tasks/issues
- Someone really proactive and enthusiastic.
Bonus:
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills (helpful for offshore supplier communication)
