*THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION – TWO DAYS (THURSDAY & FRIDAY 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)*
Job Summary
Provides support to the President. This role involves supporting various special projects and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a skill for multitasking.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects.
Provide administrative support to President and team members.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects.
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Handle correspondence and communication related to special projects.
Maintain and update project files and databases.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years administrative experience, working with c-level supervisors is preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Prior experience in a customer support or office environment is highly desirable.
Required:
Associate degree required; bachelor degree preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
Schedule:
4 hour shift
