Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
– Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
– Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
– Conduct research and compile information as needed
– Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
– Type and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
– Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
– Provide support in organizing and planning events or travel arrangements
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– Proven experience in an office or administrative role
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
– Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
