Key Responsibilities (Future Roles May Include)

  • End‑to‑end diary, calendar, and travel management for Executives
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and high‑level correspondence
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between Executives and stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, board packs, and confidential documentation
  • Managing priorities, deadlines, and follow‑ups on behalf of leadership
  • Providing aligned administrative and operational support to Executives

Minimum Requirements

  • 5–6 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant within a corporate environment
  • Proven experience supporting Executives / Senior Leadership
  • Strong organisational, time‑management, and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively
