Job Summary

As a Personal Assistant at UnisLink, you will be an integral part of our team, providing high-level administrative support to our executives. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communications, ensuring that our leaders can focus on strategic initiatives. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, communications, and other documents.

Support executives in project management and follow-up on action items.

Qualifications

0-5 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
