About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and process-driven individual to serve as a Personal Assistant to the Founder . This is not a traditional assistant position—your job is not to “do,” but to own outcomes , manage virtual teams, and drive execution across both personal and professional priorities. You will serve as the founder’s right hand—eliminating friction, optimizing processes, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
Exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed (think: systems-minded, OCD tendencies welcome)
Accountable and proactive with a strong bias for action
Process-oriented but not repetitive—you’re motivated by solving problems and improving efficiency
Naturally curious, creative, and excited by new tools (especially AI)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Enablement & Project Oversight
Serve as the founder’s in-person accountability partner—helping drive to-dos, priorities, and outcomes
Manage and oversee execution by our global virtual assistant (VA) teams—you delegate and quality-check, not execute
Lead key projects using tools like Basecamp, ensuring timelines, communication, and deliverables stay on track
Act as the firm’s Chief Follow-Up Officer —ensuring completion of tasks, decisions, and open loops
Explore and vet new tools and tech (including AI), recommending use cases for implementation
2. Operational Excellence & Experience Design
Own firmwide operational initiatives—process creation, optimization, and decision support
Lead the client and employee gifting program (holidays, milestones, gratitude gestures)
Plan and manage company events, remote experiences, and special “surprise and delight” moments
3. Household & Personal Logistics
Oversee home organization, maintenance coordination, weekly groceries, flower delivery, and vitamin prep
Plan and manage family travel, including passports, visas, and itineraries Support administrative aspects of family scheduling
Host and coordinate personal events, dinners, and celebrations
What This Role Is NOT:
A long-term executor of tasks. You are not here to “do,” but to systematize and delegate —ensuring the firm’s VAs complete the execution to your standards
A calendar scheduler. Your job is to confirm that VA-led scheduling is executed accurately, not to manage calendars yourself
