A really fantastic PA position has come up for a rising star who is hungry for progression and a busy role! Joining a global and expanding business in incredible offices in Central London, you will be joining forces with a Senior EA to support the hugely charming and dynamic UHNW Founder and Chairman. The Principal requires heavy business and private support and needs to be handheld throughout his hectic day, without a detail being forgotten!
This is a fast paced environment with over 100 employees and a really lovely collaborative group of PA’s you will be part of. They have a lovely and sociable culture, exciting offsites abroad and regular Thursday drinks. They are offering a fab list of benefits as well as Fridays working from home.
The right candidate will have some PA experience under their belt, be naturally discreet and have some experience with UHNWs. They must be confident in their communication style, no wallflowers! This is as really brilliant opportunity to be nurtured and trained by a company who look after their staff so well- the turnover is incredibly low here.
Some of the duties will include:
Extensive diary and calendar management
Global travel bookings
Itineraries
Restaurant bookings
Managing RSVPs and invitations
Keeping contact lists updated
Ad hoc admin tasks
Liaising with family members and house managers
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 3 years PA/ EA experience
Be incredibly professional and discreet
Be unfazed by UHNW lifestyle
Be confident and thick skinned
Be a strong communicator
