At VetPowered, as thePersonal Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive personal support to the CEO, their family, and Chief of Staff, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities and maximize their productivity for the organization. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, highly intelligent, professional, and capable of managing an extensive workload and prioritizing multi-layered tasks in a fast-paced military-centric environment.

The Personal Assistant will be encouraged to take on bigger and better responsibilities once a baseline of responsibility, accomplishment, and trust has been established.


Cleans home/office when needed.

Does laundry, folds, and stores laundry.

Changes sheets, washes linens.

Cleans vehicles and other items when needed.


Pick up/Take to school/activities as needed.

Make lunches and afternoon snacks.

Make dinners at home and clean up afterwards.

Provides compassionate and educated guidance to children.


Makes breakfast/lunch/snacks for 3 set individuals per day, and additional individuals that may be apart of meetings.

Prepares, stores food.  Purchases if requested.

Plans and ensures CEO receives lunches during work days.


Run errands, order and pick up items, return items.

Inserts all vehicle registration and insurance information into the correct vehicle and takes pictures.

Take vehicles in when they need to be serviced/modified.


Walk dogs/cats and pick up/clean after them if required.

Take to vet/hospital.

Give flea medicine.


Organize clothes/closet at home and at work.

Organize tools at home and at work.

Organize drawers/bins, drawers at home and at work.

Label all of the above at home and at work.

Assists with event coordination and special events.


Maintain inventory on the things liked by the CEO.

Maintain whatever system(s) are provided.

Does routing admin tasks (scanning, shredding, naming, etc.)

Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

2+ years of experience in a high-level personal assistant role to a high-level executive.

2+ years of experience in household management.

Anticipating Executive’s Needs: You are constantly looking ahead, and with great foresight, to take care of the CEO’s needs, often before he is aware of them. Your role is about giving back time to him so he can operate in his “zone of genius” and concentrate on the strategic side of the business.

Organizational Skills: You will immediately bring order to chaos. You know the immediate status of each project the CEO is working on. You have streamlined procedures in place. Everything he or the Chief of Staff needs is at their fingertips.

Focused: You must be able to juggle numerous high-priority projects. Even after being pulled away from a task repeatedly, you must be able to return to it and get it finished on time.
