Job Responsibility
Assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing daily tasks and schedules.
Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth information flow.
Assist in the planning and execution of financial projects.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related position.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Strong Problem Solving skills is required
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent Time Management and Multitasking abilities.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
