Personal Assistant with the “Austin culture” to assist the founder in the transition of 40 years series of “bootstraps” into a small business organization for his children and their team to organically grow
60-day trial period of 20 hours/week to learn about the system, the businesses and the business culture to transition
Qualifications
Highly professional with the ability to communicate effectively and thru well written briefs with the founder
Understanding of professional protocols such as briefs, agendas and minutes with words, grammar & vocabulary that are clearly understood.
Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure & deadlines and manage the team thru communication with the message that we are all in it together with a duty to each other for our future.
Must live in Austin; $100,000 yearly pay when full time
