An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide dedicated administrative support to a senior leader. This fixed-term contract of six months is available for an immediate start.
Role Overview:
This role requires exceptional administrative and coordination skills to support a senior executive in their daily responsibilities. You will act as a key liaison, manage schedules and communications, and ensure the smooth operation of a busy office environment. The position offers a dynamic and fast-paced working environment, with opportunities for professional development and training to support career growth.
The successful candidate will benefit from a generous holiday entitlement, starting at 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service. Working Hours
This role is five days per week on-site, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
This is a dynamic and varied role, with key duties including:
Managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling diary management
Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handling correspondence, drafting communications, and preparing reports
Organising and supporting high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, document distribution, and minute-taking
Coordinating administrative processes, including appraisals and personnel-related documentation
Liaising with external organisations on administrative matters, including compliance and logistics
Interviews and appointments may take place before the closing date if suitable candidates are identified.
