A leading law firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide specialized support to senior attorneys in the Insolvency & Restructuring department. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage both professional and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior attorneys.
Manage complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate client meetings, dining reservations, and event logistics.
Assist with professional networking, client gifting, and vendor management.
Handle confidential communications, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize databases, lists, and financial records.
Support attorneys during client events, including on-site assistance and follow-ups.
Process expense reports and assist with billing responsibilities.
Conduct local travel within NYC for deliveries and client-related tasks.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience: College degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, attorneys, or high-profile professionals.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document and records management software.
Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Professionalism & Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
NYC Savvy: Strong knowledge of the city, including transportation, venues, and services.
Flexibility: Willingness to work beyond standard hours, including occasional weekends and holidays, as needed.
