We are looking for an Assistant to the CEO, for one of our clients, they are a dynamic and growing company with a diverse portfolio spanning from property, real estate and rentals. The CEO is seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and strategic support in managing daily business and personal affairs.
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by handling a mix of executive support, administrative tasks, and business coordination across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing a fast-paced workload with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across different business units.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Take minutes in meetings and follow up on action points.
Coordinate with property managers, agents, and clients on behalf of the CEO.
Assist in planning of special projects, including acquisitions, new developments, and rentals.
Work with various teams (real estate, catering, events) to streamline operations.
Track progress on key projects and update the CEO accordingly.
Manage personal appointments, travel, and errands as needed for the CEO and owners
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance or service providers when required.
Assist and manage in other areas of the business such as catering and events, as required
Requirements
Experience of at least 2 years in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Support role (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or events).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Flexible working hours to accommodate for emergencies at properties.
