Job Summary:

The Finance and Office Administrator is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining office operations, and providing administrative support to the executive team. This role ensures the smooth functioning of financial processes and office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Reconcile receipts to projects and manage bookkeeping software.
Handle payment processing, bank reconciliations, and take checks to the bank.
Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow and track expenditures.
Invoice projects.
Commercial project paperwork and invoicing.
Prepare labor payments, payrolls, project material payments and commissions for approval.
Office Administration:
Purchase office and Shop supplies and equipment.
Manage the Team to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Direct or assist customer walk ins (occasionally)
Executive Assistance:
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
Take meeting notes and manage meeting to dos.
Assist the owner in managing company goals and tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,500.00 – $45,000.00 per year
