About Us:PHWellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistant/Care Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in providing support and care for special needs children, ensuring they receive the attention and assistance required to thrive. This position will involve working closely with a loving mom from their residence.
Responsibilities:As a Personal Assistant/Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Transporting special needs children to and from medical appointments, school, and summer camps.
Assisting in making and coordinating doctor’s appointments for the children.
Providing extra care and attention to meet the unique needs of each child.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and school staff to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Working closely with a loving mom from their residence to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
Monitoring and addressing the individualized needs of each child under your care.
Assisting with daily activities and fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with special needs children is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child.
