The firm are looking for a professional and dynamic candidate to support two executives and assist the brokerage operationally.

Role Overview –
Managing the executive’s diary, workflow and correspondance.
Arranging internal and external meetings.
Assisting with general administration for the executives.
Special project support as and when required for the team.
Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information.
Coordinating and overseeing travel arrangements.
Assisting the operations manager
About you –
Proven experience in an administration role within professional services.
Strong communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated and client-focused.
Professional and presentable.
