We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & Office Administrator for the Director’s Office

to provide comprehensive support to the Director and ensure the smooth operation of the Director’s office. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage both personal and professional administrative tasks with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.

Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.

Manage office supplies and maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

Coordinate and support internal and external meetings.

Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Assist with tasks as needed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Support special projects and events as assigned by the Director.

 

Requirements:

·        Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator.

·        Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional behaviour.

·        Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·        Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
