About the Role

This is an on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, working directly with and learning from the CEO. You'll provide support to the CEO while helping to build and manage the CEO's and the group's social media presence.

This is a rare opportunity to learn how a CEO operates across a diverse group of businesses — and to grow into a future leader. We are committed to developing the next generation of talent, so you don't need years of experience. What matters most is the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to grow.

What You'll Do — Personal Assistant

  • Help support the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in managing the CEO's diary, appointments, and meetings
  • Help with communications and correspondence
  • Take on a variety of tasks and projects that will develop your skills

What You'll Do — Social Media Coordinator

  • Help plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others)
  • Draft and format posts and captions that reflect the CEO's voice and the company's goals
  • Help maintain a content calendar and consistent posting
  • Create simple graphics and short videos
  • Engage with comments and messages, and help grow the online community
  • Keep an eye on social media trends and share fresh ideas

What We're Looking For

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to stay organised
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • An interest in social media and content creation (personal experience posting or running pages is a plus, but not required)
  • Familiarity with everyday tools like Canva or CapCut is a bonus — we're happy to teach you the rest
  • Self-motivated and hardworking, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a fighting spirit
  • A genuine willingness to learn directly from the CEO
