Title: Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
Our client, a global $3 Billion Revenue Company based in Dalls has an opening for a dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to work with their busy Chief Executive Officer and the entire family.
The position is based in the global corporate office of the company in the Southlake office and is in an in-office role, not remote or hybrid.
The role is a very high profile position with significant visibility to the CEO and throughout the organization and this person will be key to the success and effectiveness of the CEO. The person selected will have exceptionally high standards of integrity, a stellar reputation and no drama, let’s get it done attitude.
This person will report directly to the CEO handling personal matters with some minor executive responsibilities. This role will therefore only be a fit for a candidate with PA experience handling personal matters, not an Executive Assistant (EA) handling business matters.
Looking for an experienced polished professional with a professional and calm demeanor, strong critical thinking skills.
Person will handle all personal matters of the CEO and family.
The person must be willing to embrace all the responsibilities that come with this role – family requirements, shopping, airport runs, school events, hair appointments.
Person must be unflappable, intelligent and articulate.
Prefer someone who has a steady background, could even have some HR in their profile.
