We are looking for a Personal Assistant to CPO (replacement for maternity leave) to join our team.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, working across multiple stakeholders, changing priorities, and a dynamic work environment.
  • Support leadership meetings with a focus on preparation: coordination of logistics, preparation of materials, and presentations, ensuring readiness, and tracking timelines and deliverables ahead of meetings.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and coordinate monthly & quarterly reports, and organizational updates.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the People unit, including onboarding and employee lifecycle processes and meeting scheduling.
  • Managing travel arrangements, purchase requests, and procurement activities for the People unit, including vendor management and budget tracking.
  • Lead employee welfare and engagement initiatives within the People unit, including planning and executing team activities, off-sites, and employee experience programs.
  • Support recruitment processes for CPO-related roles, including working with recruitment agencies, coordinating interviews, tracking recruitment progress, and supporting candidates throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive People-related projects and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees, managers, and vendors while maintaining strong working relationships and a high service level.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and operational activities.
  • Experience leading employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
