We are looking for an experienced and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a small, family-run property company located in North West London. This diverse role encompasses both business and personal/charity-related tasks, requiring strong administrative, communication and multitasking abilities.
This position offers parking, generous holidays and an early finish on Fridays. Please note that this is a fully office based role, located in North West London.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director for both business and personal matters.
Managing and monitoring emails, responding and forwarding as necessary.
Handling phone calls and liaising with internal and external contacts.
Typing reports and preparing correspondence.
Organising international and UK travel, including flights, hotels and transport.
Managing payments, including bank and credit card transactions.
Coordinating IT, phone and building maintenance issues.
Personal PA duties for Director.
Providing cover for other PAs when required.
Key Skills & Experience:
5 years+ PA experience.
Proficiency in Outlook (email, calendar, contacts), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
