Role Description The Personal Assistant to Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role supports the Director with daily administrative and organizational tasks, including managing calendars and appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, and handling correspondence and follow-ups. The Personal Assistant will organize travel and logistics, maintain filing and record systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking action items and deadlines, and safeguarding confidential information. The Personal Assistant is expected to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and support the Director in executing strategic initiatives efficiently.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including support for senior leadership.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management and scheduling skills to coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documents, filing, data entry, and office procedures.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should be proficient in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and basic digital collaboration platforms.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should uphold high standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when dealing with confidential information.
