Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to the Marketing Director to provide both executive and marketing support in a fast-paced education environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, working closely with senior management, and ensuring marketing initiatives and daily operations run smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting projects, managing schedules, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary range: RM3,000 – RM4,000

Job Description :

  • Provide administrative and executive support to the Marketing Director on daily business activities.
  • Coordinate and follow up on marketing campaigns, projects, and ongoing initiatives to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documents.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements where required.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external partners, vendors, and service providers to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
  • Track project timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and marketing-related activities.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar coordination role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing operations and project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other digital productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
