Overview:
Personal Assistant (young professional) provides secretarial support for 2 executives, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Managing day-to-day tasks including handling sensitive information, relationship with company stakeholders and special projects.
Responsibility:
Executive’s Administration and Secretarial Services
Manage MD/CFO’s day-to-day calendar, appointments and meetings
Generate agenda and minutes of meetings, reports, correspondence, research and compile data as assigned by MD/CFO
Transmit directives and assignments, tracking progress and liaison between MD/CFO and related employee
Screen and handle correspondence, incoming calls and visitors, make preliminary assessment of importance and forward to executive or appropriate parties
Arrange travel needs for MD/CFO including necessary travel document, visa, work permit, expense claims etc.
Coordinate overall facility and personal matters for MD/CFO (including related visitors and family)
Corporate Secretarial and Administration
Support Legal Affair and executives on corporate secretarial matters
Translate and interpret company documents/regulations/policies/guidelines etc.
Organize and facilitate events e.g. MD/CFO conference, company’s guest, company town hall meetings, company partner’s and client’s meetings etc.
Support travel arrangements and on-site scheduling for company visitors, partners or clients
Manage driver or cars arrangement for MD/CFO and related visitors
Perform tasks as assigned by MD/CFO
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2 years experience as personal assistant to C-Level executives NON-Thai. (CEO, MD, CFO)
Well organized and able to manage multi-task with promptly response
Strong interpersonal, communication skills and active personality
Proficient of both written and spoken English
Outstanding in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
