What The Role Is
We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to Senior Management Officer in managing their day-to-day operations effectively.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What You Will Be Working On
In this role, you will provide administrative support in ensuring efficient management of daily tasks and scheduling of engagements for your principal. The key responsibilities include:
Manage the officer’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Keep officer updated of important tasks and deadlines
Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Process claims and handle administrative matters
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
Any other duties assigned by your principal.
Participate in MOH’s Personal Assistant covering pool to provide support during leave period
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a government setting
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong in writing and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
Proficient in Microsoft Office related applications
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
