We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the COO (H/F/X) for our client, an international company in Lausanne, to join its team for a permanent role:
Mission:
You provide high-level administrative support to the COO, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reports efficiently.
You act as a trusted liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
You oversee the planning and execution of executive meetings, preparing agendas, recording key discussions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
You draft, proofread, and manage a variety of documents, including reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
You coordinate and support the organization of corporate events, conferences, and key business engagements, ensuring smooth logistics.
You assist in monitoring strategic initiatives, helping to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the COO’s office.
Profile:
You have proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, with a background in supporting senior leadership roles.
You demonstrate outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage sensitive information with discretion.
You possess excellent communication skills in English
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
You show flexibility and adaptability to support a demanding executive schedule in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
You are proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, capable of anticipating the COO’s needs and acting independently.
