Job Summary: Tower Three is looking for a full-time Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role, managing a variety of tasks such as supporting company leadership, assisting with HR functions, handling payroll, overseeing purchasing, ensuring compliance, basic accounting duties, and other administrative responsibilities. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential to effectively support customers and interact with team members. The role requires teamwork, leadership, and collaboration to be successful, and reports directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Administer bi-weekly payroll processing
Assist with new employee orientations
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing job descriptions
Manage employee benefits
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related policies and procedures
Purchasing:
Assist managers in processing and managing purchases
Maintain inventory of office and operational supplies
Process payments and invoices for final approval
Compliance:
Help audit plants through METRC
Compile and enter compliance data
Assist in preparing and scheduling testing packages
Ensure employee training compliance by maintaining records and schedules
Keep track of CCC Agent renewals and manage related records
Marketing:
Maintain familiarity with all major social media platforms
Promote Tower Three’s products, services, and content across social media in line with the company’s brand strategy
Create content, including newsletters, social media posts, and marketing flyers
Occasionally update and maintain the company website
Basic Accounting:
Issue invoices using QuickBooks Online
Receive and reconcile payments
Monitor and manage accounts receivable
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience is required. Industry experience is a plus but not necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The role requires regular sitting, using hands for tasks, and frequent communication. The employee must be able to stand, walk, and occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch.
The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely is necessary.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all safety protocols is critical. The role requires frequent standing, crouching, lifting, and pushing or pulling items of varying sizes and weights.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
