Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for aPersonal Injury Litigation SolicitoratPDA LAW SOLICITORS. The solicitor will handle personal injury claims and disputes from start to finish, including assessing the claim, drafting legal documents, gathering evidence, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court if necessary.
Qualifications
Aqualified Solicitor/Legal executive with 4-5+ years PQE.
Experiencein personal injury law, preferably with a focus on brain injuries, spinal injuries, workplace accidents and multi-track cases
Stronganalytical skillsandattention to detail.
Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationabilities.
Compassionandempathyfor clients dealing with injuries.
