Duties
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries as necessary.
Prepare and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Support the team with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers when required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
