Philanthropy Operations Associate
As our Philanthropy Operations Associate, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring College Track donors experience best-in-class recognition and that our fundraisers have access to data that drives remarkable performance. Day to day, you will:
Process and acknowledge donations made to the organization,
Manage gift and donor records in our donor database (Salesforce),
Collaborate with a team of fundraising professionals to improve the systems and processes that drive our work.
To thrive in this job, you must:
Have experience with sophisticated database management, preferably within Salesforce and/or other donor databases,
Possess superior organizational skills,

Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Philanthropy Operations Associate in Oakland, CA is $69,000-$83,000/year, depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $72,500 – $75,999/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for growth.
