Full Job Description

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE: The Plan Administration Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting FranPlan Specialists within the FranPlan Department.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare all necessary paperwork for a client going through the FranPlan process.

File Articles of Incorporation with the appropriate State Agency

Assign EIN

Create retirement plan in Ft Williams

prepare all account applications and supporting documents needed to open accounts

Prepare and/or quality control client deliverables

Stock certificates

Binders

Provide support to clients on an as-needed basis returning phone calls and emails when the FPS is unavailable.

Facilitate certain calls with the client and financial institutions related to opening the plan account and facilitating transfers into the new account.

Participate in ongoing training

Refer preferred partners to clients as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma

Advanced Typing and Data Entry skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work well in a high-volume production environment

Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail

Prioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needs

Positive attitude and team-oriented

CRM experience
