What You’ll Be Doing:
Sign over trade titles accurately and on time
Handle dealer titles to and from the county
Order duplicates of in-state and out-of-state titles as needed
Request SPOAs from multiple locations across the company
Stay current on titling policies and procedures with various counties
Support the buying center with titles from purchased or sold vehicles
Enter new and used vehicle purchases into our Dealer Management System
Keep the vehicle inventory screen updated with accurate notes
Add journal entries and issue checks/ACH for various counties
Assist with general office duties like scanning, filing, and data entry Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
✔️ Prior Administrative Assistant experience (preferred)
✔️ Excellent computer skills
✔️ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
✔️ Great written and verbal communication ✉️
✔️ Valid driver’s license (required)
