HealthReach Community Health Centers (Waterville) is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides support to central office administration. This position performs general clerical, receptionist and project-based work as well as maintaining master organization-wide meeting schedules, supporting a number of organization-wide meetings, assisting in the compilation of financial, statistical, and operational data and the development of reports, and much more. The person in this position will help project a professional company image through in-person, phone, email, and mail interaction.
